StandOut Authority (SoA) membership is an annual membership for 1 calendar year from your start date and your membership is non-transferable.

Applies to SOA memberships where payments are made every month during the duration of the 12-month membership term.
At this time due to COVID, we are extending a payment plan option for our annual membership to the StandOut Authority Community. This is not to be confused with a monthly subscription type service or election. StandOut Authority membership is for 1 calendar year from your start date. If you elect not to pay your annual membership dues in 1 payment (which is the preferred method), you understand and agree that you have committed to making and honoring the remaining payments for your membership until your 3, 6, or a 12-month payment plan has been fulfilled.
MEMBERS MAY CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME BY EMAILING YOUR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION REQUEST TO TECHSUPPORT[AT]STANDOUTAUTHORITY.COM. PLEASE INCLUDE THE WORDS “MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION REQUEST” IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR EMAIL.

At any time you are free to withdraw from the community, all we ask is that we can hop on an exit call with you to find out about your experience because how you feel matters, and our goal is always to provide the best experience possible.
SOA EVENTS & ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY & EVENTS
Because of the substantial investment SOA leverages in our selection process, on-boarding process, the quality of THE SOA community, STRATEGIC relationship facilitation, the LIVE EVENT opportunities, AND ACCESS TO our membership panel, there are absolutely NO refunds to ANY SOA RELATED EVENTs OR MEMBERSHIP DUES. By becoming a member, you agree and understand any remaining dues from your payment plan still must be honored and will continue to be billed UPON THE payment schedule you agreed up at the initiation of your membership.
DIGITAL & PHYSICAL PRODUCT ORDER AND REFUND POLICIES
We generally ship all physical orders within two business days. For any digital products, you will receive an email with login details to our membership site or download page.
We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our digital and physical products (but this does not include our mastermind groups, events, or free plus shipping offers). If you are not completely satisfied with the physical or digital product, you can request a refund within 30 days of the date that you placed your order. In order to receive a refund within the 30 day period for any physical products, you must return everything that was shipped to you, including any bonuses, and we must receive it at our offices before the 30 day period has passed.
There are also no refunds offered on any free plus shipping offers, where you are asked to pay for the shipping charge to ship the item to you that we are otherwise offering for free.
This Policy and Customer Agreements
Any customer agreement between us supersedes this policy to the extent there is any conflict with the terms and conditions of the customer agreement.
